Everything is great, the only constructive criticism I can give is that the shoulder was lacking a bit of curing, otherwise a 10!

Shipping was good, appropriate price, the 100% Iberian shoulder is not sufficiently cured, very tender.

The truth is that it is very good, I regret not having bought a ham instead of the shoulder. Next time it won't happen to me

Good morning, the sausage that arrived does not taste good, it tastes damp, we haven't started the loin yet. The ham is fine, although the previous one we ordered from the same brand and characteristics had a better flavor.
