the ham is rather over-cured, although tasty. it should be less cured. I did not indicate it in the order because I could not find where to specify it. anyway, it has good flavor.

The ham is fine, but some cracklings (torreznos) that I ordered to try, very bad. A lot of crumb and no flavor.

I have bought several times and it has always come well, but this time I received the black label hams, without the black label just with the cardboard I don't know if it should be like this or the label should always come. I noticed that the ham is less cured than the previous ones. Best regards.

Very good shoulder. Shipped quickly and the level of quality and curing is optimal. As a note, for novice users in the subject, I would indicate that the shoulder may come with exterior mold, which is something normal. And the rind a bit soft due to humidity. Overall very good shoulder in terms of quality-price.

I had a problem with the shipment but that was the courier company's fault, the quality of the product is very good but the shoulders were too hard

I recently bought a batch of sliced Iberian shoulder and it is quite tasty, it also comes with a piece of Duroc loin and some small pieces of ham for cooking. Served quickly and without problems. The price is in line with the product. For my taste, it lacks some aging but well it is.

The shoulder 100% Iberian very good flavor, although the piece has a high fat percentage, I removed a lot of bacon. I should have noted that I wanted the bones, because otherwise they don't give them.

I really like the cured meats and sending them vacuum packed seems like a great idea, I will buy again.

The ham met the expectations we had and for the price it has, it is an excellent ham, I don't give 5 stars because there was a delay in delivery and neither the transport company nor the ham and shoulder company responded (price quality of the ham a 10)

Good service, speed. I would like there to be greater quality control over the products sent (if possible). My purchase was a shoulder from brand 959, weighing 4kg, with 28 months of curing. The babilla was inedible. The contramaza is rated 10. This shoulder should have been consumed 5 or 6 months ago, and that would have been a total success (Sirs. of Consorcio de Jabugo, do not wait until the product is about to expire to make your offers)

Everything went excellently, except for the notifications about the order status. I received the product without any indication that it had been sent for delivery. When I received it, the status still appeared as 'In preparation'. I don't give 5 stars because they can and should improve in this aspect. Otherwise, the service is excellent and it is a seller I trust 100%.
