I bought Sánchez Carvajal loin and as always the brand is perfect. The cheese is either crumbled or it is that bitter. Bad purchase decision. I will have to gift it, I won't eat it with that taste. I expected it to be natural as described.

I give it four stars because I ordered a piece of shoulder and a piece of ham and I haven't tried the ham yet but the shoulder is good. It has good juiciness.

I have been buying ham and shoulder for a long time and I almost always love the product I buy. Also, the quality price ratio is very good. On this occasion, I chose another type of ham. Instead of 50€ Iberian breed which is what I usually buy, I wanted to try a selection ham and the truth is that I am quite disappointed. The mistake was mine. I have no problem with the company, but I will not buy from them again.

I am satisfied with the purchase and I will repeat, the only thing that has bothered me a bit is that of the 4 pieces of the NAVIDUL boneless ham that I ordered, 2 have come with loss of vacuum.
