The ham is very good, I have nothing to complain about, but the transport agency GLS, when bringing it later, delivered the ham almost melted, the bag it came in had 4 fingers of melted fat due to the heat, the ham looked like plasticine, we had to put it in front of the air conditioning, and I repeat, the ham is good, but it did not arrive in the best conditions, we know that heat is not good, but if they do not keep it in a cool and dry place at the transport agency, then these things happen. I only ask that if I order again, please do not send with the same agency, regards.

I am happy with the order except for the packaging. I live in Germany and the shipping takes longer than normal and I understand that but I expected a packaging more prepared to withstand the heat.

I like the ham but the dispatch should be faster and more controlled. Another thing: in the past I bought the same ham in slices, but with small packages, I think of 50-60 grams. These packages are too large for the refrigerator and also for consuming just one or two bites.

The shoulder was very good, but the order took longer than expected and the weight was less than requested (and this is the second or third time this has happened). However, they refunded me from one day to the next.

The problem is not with you, it is with GLS, it is impossible to communicate with them, I wanted to go pick up the order myself, but they didn't give me the address. Last summer, an order from Italy of cheeses and pan dulce took 35 days, the cheeses arrived rotten, everything went to waste, the delivery person tells me not to insist that they have no order, I replied then what is coming?, he stays thinking and tells me, it must be an order I have in the truck for a month, everything went to waste, when I order ham and shoulder, it comes Nacex, then GLS comes, I don't want to receive anything from this company.

I know that I am a customer who does not generate a large billing for you, but I am loyal because the quality you provide and the service for me is excellent. The only thing I don't like and wanted to mention is that always, and I mean ALWAYS!!, when you order, for example, a whole piece of 6 to 6,500kg, the piece arrives with 6,030kg and for me that is an ugly detail. It never arrives with 6,200kg or 6,300kg or 6,400kg. I believe you know what I am saying and what I am talking about. It would be good to improve on that. The other reason is the packaging. It is practically impossible to peel off the slices. I am new to buying in this format, but I find it much more convenient to do so with the packets bought at the supermarket. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is the weight of the packets. I never weigh what I buy, but in this case, I was curious since there were so many packets at once; I wondered if they would all weigh 100 grams including the packet... And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they all fluctuated between 116 and 120 grams. For all this, based on my experience, I recommend purchasing from this company.
