The shoulder from Benito Jabugo has a good flavor and what we have consumed is well salted. The pancetta from Sánchez Romero is a fraud. That should be sold as bacon.

Very correct order and fast delivery. Highly recommended, they are very good. In your ham store, they scammed me, they didn't send me the cheese I ordered this Christmas because it had run out here in ham and shoulder and they deceived me, they kept my money and didn't send me the product. Long live Ham and shoulder.

Everything fine except the ham in packets. It was a bit raw, meaning it lacked curing. Everything else was excellent.

The order arrived perfect on time and very well presented. The shoulder 10 marbles, normal. Honestly, it didn't surprise me at all. I bought it for New Year's Eve. At Christmas, we ate a shoulder from Sánchez Romero Carvajal that was a 10 in flavor. This 10 marbles I would give a 7…

The shoulder came out quite good, the cheese, ham, and chorizo were sent vacuum-packed and were a bit under-cured, but after airing for a few days they improved a lot. Overall a good offer, the order took 5 days to arrive.

I found it perfect. The ham was excellent. I missed that when placing the order the website does not give you an indication of when it will arrive. And that sometimes motivates or demotivates the purchase. Regards
