Good flavor, although I expected something better. Presentation and packaging somewhat complicated, being able to separate the pieces individually, I think it can be greatly improved in that aspect. Slow shipping, probably due to the dates. Recommendable.

So far quite good in curing and salt. Quite a layer of fat for being of the highest quality. As a "anecdotal" I made the purchase of 6 to 6.5kg. and they arrived just 6kg.

The shipment within the stipulated time (they told me 15 days from the purchase date and it arrived earlier) but the cut of the sliced ham is quite thick. Flavor is good.

Happy with the speed in solving the problem of the first ham and the exchange of it. The new one is not what I expected, well nothing more

I did it by shipping and it took quite a while to arrive, I ordered it boneless and they didn't set the bones aside for a good stew. In price quality, the ham is good.....

Good quality at a correct price. I give it 4 stars for the disastrous shipping by GLS. In the end, I had to go pick it up at the center. They should consider changing transport companies (it's not the first time this has happened to me with GLS)

The flavor of the shoulder is very good, but it has too much fat and a lot of the total weight of the ham is wasted

The 5J hams never disappoint but the knife cut is more like a butcher than a ham cutter. The slices are too thick
