JamónyPaletilla consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable packaging, with many reviews noting timely delivery and well-presented, intact products. Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
The whole ordering and delivery process has been simple, fast, and without problems, as always. However, the first packet we tried, of a product we have bought on other occasions, was quite saltier than usual, ...we'll see how the other packets are. For this reason, we do not give the maximum rating this time.

I have bought several hams, most of them from Benito and they are usually very good. The one before this last one was delicious. The last one, smaller than usual because there were no medium ones, turned out to be a bit dry and, being drier, somewhat salty as well.

The ham is as I expected with a good quality-price ratio. The cheese is fine, but I expected it to be a bit softer for being semi-cured. Still, I recommend it.

Overall good, the product ham is good in flavor, the only thing is that the delivery is excessively delayed and takes a weekend without the product being refrigerated at the carrier's expense.

The order took 9 days to arrive and that seemed exaggerated to me and the truth is that the ham (we bought it as a trial to then buy it always) has turned out salty and dry. The lomo and cheese very good

the product looks very good, but the transport service leaves much to be desired since I indicated that it should be delivered before 12:00h any day and not only did they ignore this directive but they left the package with the neighbor without asking me with how easy it is to make a call, the neighbor had to come to tell me that he had the package, while I was worried because I received the email with delivery made and I did not have it, regards.

Good, but I don't like that it wasn't clear how many days it would take to arrive and since it was the first time, you are left with the doubt, until it arrives, whether it will be a fraud or not. And another thing is that I bought a shoulder, supposedly Duroc, but this data does not appear anywhere, luckily it is still good. Thank you!
