The address provided to the carrier was not correct. I took the necessary steps with the carrier and scheduled another delivery date, with times to respect (closing at 5 PM)... I absolutely needed my package by Friday 25/02 at the latest 5 PM.... It arrived too late, but the office was already closed, and I was gone. The cleaning lady received it... but for me, the contract is not respected....

Hello André! Thank you for your review which makes us very happy, we also wish you a very happy new year 2022! As for scorpions and tarantulas, unfortunately, that is not part of our plans. The reason is simple: tarantulas are mostly harvested from the wild. This leads to a great lack of traceability, the depletion of ecosystems, and transport from the other side of the world... Therefore, we do not plan to start that anytime soon :( Regarding scorpions, same story, we only sell insects raised in Europe for the reasons mentioned above.
