Good communication but delay in delivery. I had to ask 'why?' because otherwise I probably wouldn't know the reason... No commercial gesture proposed. Fortunately, the products are correct. Be careful, the mealworms and buffalo worms are really very small (like maggots).

Thank you for this feedback, however, we have not received any complaint from you, we could have found a solution. Moreover, in case of receiving a damaged package, our customers are invited to refuse delivery or to make reservations so that we can act with the postal service.
Finally, it is unfortunately impossible for us, for cost reasons, to use thicker boxes. JIMINI'S covers a large part of the shipping costs in addition to the postal fees partially covered.

I paid 10 euros for a 24h delivery that arrived in 48h, as a result I had left my home and could not give the gift to the person as planned. I simply lost 15 euros.

However, it is important to point out that we have fulfilled our contractual obligations: you placed your order on 13/01/2020 at 5:29 PM, and it is stated in our delivery conditions and when choosing the carrier, that orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day and those placed after are shipped the next day. Your package was therefore shipped on the 14th and delivered on 15/01/2020 as evidenced by your Chronopost tracking.
Furthermore, you did not attempt to contact us, we could have found a solution to your problem or informed you that the desired delivery time (less than 24h) was not offered on our site.
We wish you an excellent day hoping that this information will convince you of our good faith.
