Original and nourishing products that deserve to be produced in larger quantities. A bit expensive though.
I benefited from a promotion on the crackers, but while it was not specified on the site, the expiration date was only a month later. I am a bit disappointed to have to give them away in their expired state at Christmas, even if they will still be consumable.

Lack of consideration from customer service. Late and inappropriate response after sending a message indicating difficulties encountered when entering the order. (perpetual back and forth between different tabs, multiple re-entries of the delivery address…). Amount to be paid different from what I actually paid (obviously to my disadvantage). I remain in total incomprehension. I played the game by ordering the minimum order, then the minimum for free shipping, and after struggling to finalize the order, I discover after payment that I paid 8 euros extra for express shipping when that was not my wish. Bugs and errors are one thing, but the professionalism expected from a commercial company is another.
