The products are great, this is my third purchase. Unfortunately, everything else in my case did not work as it should have. On Wednesday I learned that we would organize an aperitif on Saturday, so I ordered some insects using the fastest delivery indicated in 1-3 working days, which was also very expensive. Now I had anticipated that the products might not arrive, but they even arrived after a week... Okay, it can happen, aside from this I found enormous difficulties in recovering my account because there is a strange overlap between the French and Italian sites, in the end I had to open a second account otherwise it was practically impossible to place an order unless as a guest. There are many aspects to improve, it's a shame because I like the products and I will order them again..

I bought chocolate and honey almond granola to make a dessert for a dinner themed around the future. It was very fitting for the theme. That said, what came out from all the guests was that the granola had a strong taste of dust. So maybe in the future, we will know better how to manage insects in food, but for now, it's more fun than really good. Anyway, I tried, I won't recommend it.

Fast shipping, nothing to say about that. But in terms of taste, big disappointment. I bought a rather spicy kind and it wasn't well specified I find. The other kinds I expected something else, but I'm not saying it wasn't good, but I expected a more pronounced taste of chocolate or caramel... and there isn't just salty. I discovered insects in Thailand where they grill them in oil and they are salty

Regarding the small roasted grasshoppers, they were very dry, in the box a lot of wing dust, wings, 1 head, in short, no taste...

I am extremely disappointed with this insect-based food purchase. I chose three different varieties, with different tastes and insects, and all of them, without exception, turned out to be inedible. My child and my dog could not accept them: the texture is very unpleasant and the taste is hardly bearable. I now understand why physical stores in Paris have stopped selling this type of treat.

Very expensive for what it is

After having already eaten insects, crickets, and mealworms, I was disappointed by the not crunchy enough and very soft consistency of the crickets and worms... the flavors were also very bland. I probably wouldn't recommend this brand anymore.

I ordered flour glasses. I expected them to be crispy but unfortunately, it's the opposite. Otherwise, at the aperitif, it sparks conversation and creates a unique experience.

Too expensive

I wanted to impress my friends for Halloween but I came across bags that were well sealed but not very crunchy, I think they must have absorbed moisture, really disappointed

I find that the crickets are not interesting in terms of taste. They have a very (too) pronounced flavor for the chosen seasoning but present no interest. Moreover, they are not at all practical to eat, you have to remove the wings. I much prefer the mealworms.

I paid a premium to be delivered in 24 hours, which was not the case and they do not want to refund me.

Products quite expensive. In terms of taste, the products are not great. Disappointed.

The larvae of the darkling beetles are often in pieces and therefore not easy to eat with fingers, the crickets are small but the grasshoppers are much better

I still haven't received my order even though I paid for express shipping in 24 hours. It would be wise to better organize the handling of the package with the incompetent carrier.

Delivery to a relay point is mandatory even exceeding 30 euros of order to be delivered to the house it is an additional 5 euros...
