Hello, Your order was placed on Sunday evening at 9 PM and shipped on Monday at 2 PM, less than 24 hours after its receipt. For reasons beyond our control, Mondial Relay could not ensure the delivery of the package within the normal timeframe of 2 to 4 working days. We are therefore sorry that you could not receive your package on time, despite all our efforts to ship your package on time. Hello Joséphine! Thank you for your review and feedback regarding the size of our packaging. The choice of box size was made to protect the product from potential crushing and the size of the bag containing the insects is determined by our packaging machine. A bag too small and the insects will be crushed by the jaws that are used to seal the bag. A bag too large and it's an unnecessary use of plastic. Hello Madam, First of all, please know that we regret that you were not satisfied with your experience at JIMINI'S. We do not make a margin on shipping costs and even take on part of their cost (preparing and sending packages does indeed have a cost, even if some e-commerce merchants make us forget it), which is why we consider our shipping costs to be fair, from 4.90 to 10.90 depending on the carrier choice. You wished to use the Chronopost service for a 24-hour delivery, for an order of 14.92 and a shipping cost of 10.90. You therefore paid less in shipping costs than in shipping fees. Finally, Chronopost did not respect its delivery deadline for an unknown reason; on our part, we shipped your order on time. If you had contacted us, we could have found a solution. We are sorry that our products did not satisfy you.
However, your review states a delivery in 15 days while you placed your order on Sunday 31/05/2020 and your review is dated 09/06/2020. It is therefore technically not possible for the delivery to have taken 15 days.
Moreover, you seem to have been dissatisfied with the price of delivery which we cover a large part of the costs and which becomes free from 30€ of purchases. You could have taken advantage of this by adding 1.60€ to your cart.
Finally, the filling of our products strictly corresponds to the weight indicated on the product sheets and is intended to protect them during transport and potential crushing.

Thank you for this feedback, however, we have not received any complaint from you, we could have found a solution. Moreover, in case of receiving a damaged package, our customers are invited to refuse delivery or to make reservations so that we can act with the postal service.
Finally, it is unfortunately impossible for us, for cost reasons, to use thicker boxes. JIMINI'S covers a large part of the shipping costs in addition to the postal fees partially covered.
We are sorry for this bad experience and hope that these explanations will convince you to come back to us!

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our shipping service. However, it is important to point out that we have fulfilled our contractual obligations: you placed your order on 13/01/2020 at 5:29 PM, and it is stated in our delivery conditions and when choosing the carrier, that orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day and those placed after are shipped the next day. Your package was therefore shipped on the 14th and delivered on 15/01/2020 as evidenced by your Chronopost tracking.
Furthermore, you did not attempt to contact us, we could have found a solution to your problem or informed you that the desired delivery time (less than 24h) was not offered on our site.

I have received your email and I apologize for this slow response time on our part. I saw that you just left us a bad review on Verified Reviews and I willingly acknowledge my faults for not getting back to you sooner.
The explanation is nothing extraordinary, I simply wanted to wait to have a response from our logistics provider in order to get back to you with information, but they are slow to process my request. I should have responded to you to make you wait, so you were completely right to remind me of this!
In any case, know that a product will be shipped to you or that you will be refunded for the product in question, the important thing being to identify the problem that caused the non-receipt of your product and to prevent it from happening again.
