Lack of consideration from customer service. Late and inappropriate response after sending a message indicating difficulties encountered when entering the order. (perpetual back and forth between different tabs, multiple re-entries of the delivery address…). Amount to be paid different from what I actually paid (obviously to my disadvantage). I remain in total incomprehension. I played the game by ordering the minimum order, then the minimum for free shipping, and after struggling to finalize the order, I discover after payment that I paid 8 euros extra for express shipping when that was not my wish. Bugs and errors are one thing, but the professionalism expected from a commercial company is another.

All carrier rates are clearly indicated when choosing the carrier, there are no surprises or hidden fees. You chose this carrier and validated this order with all the corresponding amounts knowingly and you contact us after accepting the package, to demand a refund of the shipping costs... By professionalism and consideration, you mean that we unjustifiably refund an error you made, after calling us thieves by email. We do not operate like that and prefer to assume a negative review.
