Hello Bastien, Thank you for your review. I just took a look at your Colissimo tracking where it is indicated that the postman could not deliver your package to you. The procedure followed when a package cannot be handed to you in person or directly into your mailbox is to send it to a pickup point. Your package was therefore deposited at the Post Office where you had to go. We are in no way responsible for the problem you encountered. Indeed, we shipped your package on time and the postman attempted to deliver it (according to the information we have), which is why we regret that you seem to hold us responsible for this bad experience with our good old national post. This gives a good idea of the product size. Of course, we also display the net weight of the product.
