I went to the bikinis.com site on the recommendation of my son who used your aperitif products for his company committee on Halloween. My curiosity got the better of me and I took crickets, grasshoppers, and mealworms. I had my colleagues and friends taste it and it was an experience that made us laugh a lot. Too bad the crickets arrived as flour.

However, it is important to point out that we have fulfilled our contractual obligations: you placed your order on 13/01/2020 at 5:29 PM, and it is stated in our delivery conditions and when choosing the carrier, that orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day and those placed after are shipped the next day. Your package was therefore shipped on the 14th and delivered on 15/01/2020 as evidenced by your Chronopost tracking.
Furthermore, you did not attempt to contact us, we could have found a solution to your problem or informed you that the desired delivery time (less than 24h) was not offered on our site.

A delivery supposedly within 72 hours received 6 days later, I needed it on Friday and received it on Saturday so I have a package of insects that is no longer useful to me, 60 euros in the trash!

We faced a stock shortage of several references, due to a logistical problem that occurred just before the summer holiday period, hence the lack of immediate response from us.
