Order not processed due to lack of stock. Informed by your services when I called you. At no time was I warned (email, sms, call) about the out of stock and therefore my order was not processed. So very disappointed and I will not recommend your site to anyone.

The order was not delivered. It's a business site, we are present on site non-stop from 5 am to 9:30 pm. No delivery person showed up. Where is my order?? Waiting for a solution.

Hello Virginie, All our apologies for this product whose optimal use date was exceeded by a few days and unfortunately ended up in your order. This situation, although unique for us, is unacceptable for you and I understand your disappointment! I have directly ordered a new product to be sent. PS: To reassure you, our products being dehydrated, the expiration date is a DLUO and not a DLC. There is thus no risk in consuming your box of Molitor with Sesame & Cumin.
