The bag containing the insects is not very practical for opening

The explanation is nothing extraordinary, I simply wanted to wait to have a response from our logistics provider in order to get back to you with information, but they are slow to process my request. I should have responded to you to make you wait, so you were completely right to remind me of this!
In any case, know that a product will be shipped to you or that you will be refunded for the product in question, the important thing being to identify the problem that caused the non-receipt of your product and to prevent it from happening again.

I placed an order for a large insect tasting on September 14, 2019. (+/- 150 people)
I receive boxes with the date of 1-6-19 or 9-19 and energy bars valid until 1-9-19. I have no use for that. I cannot put the name Jimini on it. This is not the best advertisement for the company.

Very practical site, very well explained article, article same as the description, but delivery was not good, we are located on a large boulevard, but the delivery person could not find the address, I had to make 2 posts and call to find out where my package was.
