The delivery was not made at the selected pickup point, but kilometers away, in a big city. I use Kanata to send a gift to my mother who is over 80 years old and hardly drives anymore. If Kanata does not deliver to the place it committed to deliver, I will no longer do business with them.
Moreover... the products are expensive. I was accommodating until now but if it is not delivered to the right place....

Hello, We are sorry that the delivery did not meet your expectations. The chosen pickup point was an Auchan locker, but when the lockers are full, the carrier is forced to redirect the package to another nearby available pickup point. This situation is unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding prices, we do our best to offer fair rates despite the costs associated with importing products from Canada. Hello, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the delivery time. It was supposed to be within 3 days maximum and it took 6 days, we are asked to be careful when ordering cheese, I ordered on a Tuesday thinking I would receive it on Friday but no, received the following Tuesday, so the cheese is less than usual and their responses are that it’s the holidays, it’s longer... Yes but there are more staff to manage the Christmas rush, so delivery 0 and cheese not as good as usual because it’s not the first time I’ve ordered it but maybe the last.
