Nothing to say about the ordered products: I know the quality of this brand. However, I am particularly unhappy with the condition of the cardboard box of one of the two bottles of Ice Cider Neige. Indeed, the bottom of one of the boxes is completely damaged or even properly crushed. Even if the bottle is intact, this item was packaged in this lamentable state by the shipping service of Kanata because the package was in impeccable condition!
This is a gift I was supposed to give for Christmas but given the dilapidated state of the packaging, I find it hard to give this bottle to someone.
In any case, this is the first and last purchase made from this store.

Hello to the team it's not against you, but against Chronopost they are not serious and should perhaps monitor their employees a little more. Because the package from December 10 I did not receive, because they lost it. But for Kanata, a big thank you for your seriousness.
