bad surprise, I picked up the poutine directly upon arrival at the relay and the cheese was hot with liquid, even though it wasn't a fresh delivery, the product sent frozen should have still been cold upon arrival!!! I was told that customer service would be notified and since then silence.

Extremely long shipping (10 days) because billing address different from recipient. Impossible to reach anyone from customer service, whether by email, Facebook or phone. I had to threaten to file a dispute via PayPal to get a tracking number but still no contact!!!!!

The products are good but there is a bit of a lack of communication about delivery dates... expected 4 days... reality 10 days

Very satisfied with the products you offer.
However, the Chronopost Pickup delivery person who was too lazy to deliver to the intended place and dropped it off 1 km away is a nightmare.
It's often with them too, every time I order from you it's anxiety.
I would gladly pay more for it to be delivered to my home rather than to a relay point because Chronopost is not reliable!

I order regularly, this is the first time I am completely disappointed. Your package took a week to arrive, I had to do my own research regarding my package at the central post office!!!!! The casino store had my package but told me that it was not, this package was expected for a birthday I am disappointed I ask you for a refund of my order please

Box filled with small pieces of paper to compact the contents, the package is unlikely to break. A personalized message left by a Kanata employee written on the box, it's cute and it feels good. Only downside, I had ordered a personalized birthday message but they got the names wrong, it's a shame.

Everything would have been perfect if it hadn't been for missing important information... Like on the bison terrines. Which are not made in Canada but in France... Small disappointment at delivery. Aside from this little inconvenience, the terrines are excellent and the wines too

Hello, quality product, however the delivery time was very long. It was a birthday gift that I had to give after the event.

Navigation on the site: it's simple and clear, the items are sorted under different categories so it's possible to find them through several entries, it's practical; cool delivery, on time, with a little personalized message inside, thank you!

Inedible poutine kit, the cheese is fine but the powder for making the brown sauce is disgusting, it's just wing powder and brown dye. In short, 18€ for that..., very disappointed.
I do not recommend.

A little note left on the 2 boxes is always nice! :) However, I was surprised to see that on all the cardboard compartments with 3 bottles, one bottle out of 3 was systematically turned upside down (cap down). The entire order, apart from the complimentary maple water, was only beer. In total, since it was a large order, a good ten bottles were turned... Why?... The argument of space is not valid since it is exactly the same boxes and arrangements as my previous orders and they are made for it (And once again I thank you for this attention). First time I see this on all my orders... You have excellent products, don't ruin them like that! It's not good for the oxidation of the beer so I hope this will be avoided in the future knowing the quality of delivery and products. In summary, bottles of beer turned in the box, that's a no. The quality of the products and delivery is always a YES. PS: Slightly disappointed not to have been able to order Don de Dieu but I will make up for it as soon as it is available! ;)

Hello I found that the consumption date of the cheese curds was quite short (27/02) otherwise everything else was very good!

Used to peated whisky, this is a 180-degree turn. Not unpleasant, a good discovery

the speed of shipping, impeccable, but the product quite average !! having lived in Canada, I hoped to find the taste of poutine closer, a bit disappointed.

Disappointed because the poutine cheese purchased cannot be frozen while I made sure not to take frozen cheese. It would be good to specify this on the site, because knowing this I wouldn't have ordered a kilo, which must be consumed before February 13.

Very clear site, easy to place an order, really short delivery time and serious tracking but the expiration date of the Poutine cheese is really too short.
