Hello, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the delivery time. It was supposed to be within 3 days maximum and it took 6 days, we are asked to be careful when ordering cheese, I ordered on a Tuesday thinking I would receive it on Friday but no, received the following Tuesday, so the cheese is less than usual and their responses are that it’s the holidays, it’s longer... Yes but there are more staff to manage the Christmas rush, so delivery 0 and cheese not as good as usual because it’s not the first time I’ve ordered it but maybe the last.

Very disappointed with the reception of my two Maple Canes totally dented. The packaging was perfect but the canes must have already been like that before shipping.

Response from Kanata
Hello, we are sincerely sorry to learn that your maple canes arrived damaged. They left our warehouses intact. After checking, our supplier had recently modified the container, which turned out to be more fragile. As soon as we noticed this, we switched back to sturdier canes to prevent this from happening again. In order for our after-sales service to process your request, we invite you to send us photos by email at [email protected] Thank you for your understanding. The Kanata team.

It is a pleasure to drink these whiskies that are so hard to find where I live. I had a good exchange with you when the carrier damaged a bottle and personally I am very satisfied with your way of working. See you soon for more purchases.
