While it is marked on the bag that it is pasteurized cheese...
Although the sauce is good, the proposed quantities are just way too large considering the expiration date...

A perfect order and a fast shipment! I recommend! I greatly appreciated the amount of choice (especially teas and herbal teas), and the care taken in packaging the parcel. A very nice attention to presentation that almost gave me the feeling of having made purchases at a small grocer who cares. Really, my partner and I are very happy with this order that brings us back a bit to our memories of Quebec (and makes us really want to go back! ^^)

Good, clear and intuitive for the site
The bottles (cork cap) leaked in the individual cardboard packaging of each bottle (3).. All 3 had leaked and slightly stained the cardboard... Too bad if for gifting (my case for 1 of the bottles)
A bit of wax would ensure the seal! Too bad not to have thought of that.
