Prices not great and extremely disappointing delivery. Order placed at the end of December, the site promises delivery to a relay "within 1-3 days". Even considering the holidays, it's January 10th, so 6 days after January 4th (first business day). Very frustrated by this experience.

It was shipped on 01/05, as carriers unfortunately did not operate before this date due to the end-of-year holidays. Your package was then delivered on January 10th, an extended delay exceptionally due to a snowstorm that severely disrupted deliveries during this period. Normally, our deliveries are very fast.
