I ordered cheese curds which was shipped frozen but arrived 5 days after. What good is it to ship frozen cheese for it to defrost while in transit and be left in a mail box where the cheese sits warm for a long time. I pretty much threw my money in the garbage.

Nothing to say about the ordered products: I know the quality of this brand. However, I am particularly unhappy with the condition of the cardboard box of one of the two bottles of Ice Cider Neige. Indeed, the bottom of one of the boxes is completely damaged or even properly crushed. Even if the bottle is intact, this item was packaged in this lamentable state by the shipping service of Kanata because the package was in impeccable condition!
This is a gift I was supposed to give for Christmas but given the dilapidated state of the packaging, I find it hard to give this bottle to someone.
In any case, this is the first and last purchase made from this store.
