No description of the 24 products in the pack at 85 euros.. We don't really know what we are sending.

The cheese is well packaged

I have been ordering since last year and I had a wonderful souvenir, the presentation in a wicker box, little packages with numbers that really looked like an advent calendar. I loved it so much that I bought a second box for my sister who is on the other side of France, there was just the card with the message that needed to be refined, otherwise the maple syrup is of good quality and overall I was not disappointed with the content. And this year I ordered with my eyes closed for myself and my sister. What a disappointment when I saw the package, the description of the ad is the same as last year and the same price. No wicker box just a plain cardboard box nothing more, no numbers on the little packages and some gifts very disappointing especially the one that costs $4.50, having 3 times the maple caramel, I would have preferred postcards or a large poster. I called customer service because they were not responding by email, I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment especially for the second package which is a gift I am giving to my sister. The person I spoke to on the phone somewhat understood my dismay. I would have said to remove the word box, during the holiday season a box is a nice container not just a plain cardboard which has been corrected on the site, but I did not appreciate at all when they told me: 'I will call you back to see what we can do', only to never call you back and make you look like an idiot by calling them again, to hear that they had no box to replace and even to make a commercial gesture so I bought 2 packages so thank you for understanding my note to you to try to regain my trust. The bottles very well packaged, and the nice personalized note. However, regarding the cookies, it's a shame, they are all crushed. The quality/price ratio is more than correct, I will surely order from you again.

Fast delivery and in accordance with the order. However, it would be interesting to specify the average shelf life on the site because I did not think it was so short for fresh cheddar for example

The only downside was that the wrong first name was written on the card for the recipient. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

I ordered gift baskets and everything arrived loose... either you need to clearly state that the basket needs to be assembled or you respect the description... I am very disappointed.

A bit expensive for the quantity of products and one box arrived damaged, inconvenient for a Christmas gift. Despite my requests for a commercial gesture (a small discount on a future order for example), I only received the response: it's the carrier's fault, not ours, and their terms do not allow for a gesture. Very disappointing, because when you do business, you take responsibility, including for transport.

I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site.
Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means.
Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home.
I am sure that one should not aim too high, but I feel the little commercial gesture that was granted to me.
I recommend this site without hesitation!

Fairly easy to navigate, and order from.

Not always easy to find my way around, but the choice and quality are there.
