Hyper fast delivery.
The only downside, for the price I paid for my entire order, I expected to have free home delivery .. but I was offered 35€ for home delivery ... maybe a formula to reconsider

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site.
Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means.
Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home.
I am sure that one should not aim too high, but I feel the little commercial gesture that was granted to me.
I recommend this site without hesitation!

I am sorry to learn that the cans were damaged during transport. I can guarantee you that they were not shipped to you in that condition.
We check each can before shipping, we pack them individually and secure them in the package. Unfortunately, we are not immune to a fall during transport, which if it does not damage the box can dent cans, crumble cakes, ....
It's a shame you couldn't report it upon opening at the pickup point (as specified on the box), we could have made a CHONO customer service request and compensated you or exchanged the cans in the case of a gift.
I hope we will have the chance to make it up to you on a future order.

customer for several years, always satisfied with the quality of the products and services again this time although this time, despite correct packaging, the 4 cans of maple syrup were dented! while being perfectly 'usable' I assure you.
