If you are talking about the Poutine Sauce "La Fameuse", I advise you either 100g of sauce for 500ml of water for 4 people or 5g of sauce for 25ml of water.

Overall I am very satisfied the sauce is really good and the cheese too would have been better if the delivery had been faster the cheese expired the day after my delivery let's say that doesn't leave much time to eat it. Otherwise the site and the idea is perfect it would also be nice to have access to the contests even outside of France

Regarding your customer service request, my colleague responded by leaving a message on your voicemail the same day or the day after your email. It seems that you did not receive or listen to this message. On my part, I replied to you on May 19, particularly to explain that the defect of the mug was not one, as they all presented this way. The letters faded in places were worked to give it a vintage look. This is also specified on the product sheet.

Regarding the cheese, as it is shipped frozen from our warehouse, the shelf life is quite short, but it is indicated on the product sheet 'The shelf life of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge as soon as received. Frozen at the start of our workshop, it should be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment.'
