I liked the products offered and the customer experience on the site is appreciated and clear. Everything is simple. However, customer service is non-existent. I encountered a delivery problem that was not due to Kanata but was related. I wrote an email to explain the situation and to know the procedure to follow in such cases. 5 days later, I still have not received a response from them.. fortunately, the delivery problem was resolved differently and I received my order.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site.
Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means.
Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home.
I am sure that one should not aim too high, but I feel the little commercial gesture that was granted to me.
I recommend this site without hesitation!

I am sorry to learn that the cans were damaged during transport. I can guarantee you that they were not shipped to you in that condition.
We check each can before shipping, we pack them individually and secure them in the package. Unfortunately, we are not immune to a fall during transport, which if it does not damage the box can dent cans, crumble cakes, ....
We have also reported the information to our maple syrup producer regarding a change in the quality of the cans.
It's a shame you couldn't report it upon opening at the pickup point (as specified on the box), we could have made a CHONO customer service request and compensated you or exchanged the cans in the case of a gift.
I hope we will have the chance to make it up to you on a future order.

Unfortunately, when removing the presentation box from the bottle, it is no longer presentable to offer. Moreover, the information on the manufacturing, origins, and tasting method are no longer presented. Furthermore, I am sure there is more cardboard than with the box alone, and by taping the bottom of the bottle, if a glue point remains on the bottom and you place it on a tablecloth, the glue sticks to the tablecloth and it is ruined, even lifting the crystal glasses!!!

Only small problem: a number of dented cans, but fortunately not leaking, and this despite impeccable packaging, which means they were already dented before shipping.

We are truly sorry that you received dented maple syrup cans. As you mentioned, we place great importance on our customers' packages, especially by taking the time to properly protect the various items. That is why we would not waste all this care by shipping dented cans in our packages.
Unfortunately, with the current flow of packages in the various transport companies, packages are sometimes thrown or piled under heavier packages. Without causing damage to the outside, the products bump against each other inside. And yet we are generous with padding and we use double-walled cartons.
