Nothing to say about the ordered products: I know the quality of this brand. However, I am particularly unhappy with the condition of the cardboard box of one of the two bottles of Ice Cider Neige. Indeed, the bottom of one of the boxes is completely damaged or even properly crushed. Even if the bottle is intact, this item was packaged in this lamentable state by the shipping service of Kanata because the package was in impeccable condition!
This is a gift I was supposed to give for Christmas but given the dilapidated state of the packaging, I find it hard to give this bottle to someone.
In any case, this is the first and last purchase made from this store.

Hello Nicolas. I personally renew my apologies to you. I was the one who prepared your order... It seems that your package decided to rebel at the moment I was sealing it. While closing the ears of the box, I damaged the packaging of the ice cider bottle. My colleagues in shipping take great care of the packages, but I certainly got a bit too enthusiastic while lending a hand. I remain at your disposal, ready to ensure that your future orders are much more peaceful. (I promise, I will blacklist myself from preparing your packages) P.S.: I can send you a packaging for your bottle if you wish. Best wishes!

Fast delivery and I even got a little drawing on the delivery box made by the person who took care of my order which made me smile.

Very pretty bottle, I had mentioned that it was for a Christmas gift, but no gift wrapping, really a shame.

This is the second time I order and I do not regret it because you can see that the preparers pay great attention to the packaging and the products are top-notch. I highly recommend this site and for my part, I would order again without any hesitation.

Very good.
Sometimes you have to search a bit for the classics because there are more and more products for sale but it's a joy to find the Inuit products.
