FURIOUS this time! The 15% for your 10th anniversary was not taken into account!!! And I did not receive my order at home, but by Chronopost, 5 days later, at a pickup point 24h!

Response from Kanata
Hello Chantal,
Thank you for your message and your feedback.
Please, did you contact us to report this issue?
The 15% for the 10th anniversary was a code to be entered at checkout. After checking, you did not enter it. Can you please confirm? We can certainly issue you a credit corresponding to your order, as we have done with other loyal customers who forgot to enter the code.
Regarding the delivery, you did choose a transport option at 5.90€ corresponding to a parcel pickup. It may be an error or a mishandling when placing your order?
We remain at your disposal to discuss this.
Have a great day,
Steven - Kanata Team

Easy order on the site, almost perfect tracking, missing an email with your tracking number but you can find it on the Kanata site. Good products and well packaged, I recommend buying on KANATA.

Very fast delivery, top packaging, but very very disappointed by the beer and its very very short consumption date. October 2017 (best before) I wanted to make a basket of beers to give for Christmas!!! Too bad

Very good, quick processing of the order. However, it might be enough to drop it in the mailbox given the small size of the package, it would avoid having to make an appointment with the delivery person.
