Hello Célia. Thank you for your message and your feedback. The shipping costs offered on the site start from €5.90 including VAT and are free for any order over €100 including VAT. However, it is true that you ordered a product for €6.90 and therefore, in this case, a delivery at €5.90 including VAT may seem proportionally significant. However, we cannot offer cheaper shipping rates as we also have minimum costs with Chronopost and Colissimo - regardless of the weight or price of the order. Hoping for your understanding.
