The products are good but I encountered a small issue with the maple leaf cookies. In fact, they are all broken and not at all crispy as usual. It seems that these are old boxes of cookies found on a shelf.... Too bad! I am quite disappointed with this observation.

I gave you 5 for the quality of your whisky sending me a bottle back would have been more courteous and professional.
