I ordered from Kanata for my wedding in France with an autumn/Canada theme (I live in Quebec) I wanted 105 bottles. When I looked on the site I saw there was a promotion, 1 sausage for a purchase over 80€ with free shipping. I contacted Kanata because I was going to spend over 600€ and wanted to know if I would be entitled to one sausage for every 80€ spent or if I had to make several purchases of 80€ or more. I received a response 2 days later indicating that the promotion was over, to which I replied that at the time of my message it was not. My cart had been pending for 2 days and I received a reminder with a 10% coupon. Thanks to my partner's work, we also got 10%. In the end, I ordered 500€ worth of maple syrup bottles and received 1 bottle as a gift... So the product, design, packaging, and delivery were all perfect and it's a 5/5, however, the commercial aspect was disappointing (1/5). I still expected a commercial gesture. I still recommend it because there are many products and promotions.

Hello, Regarding the promotion on sausages, as mentioned, it was valid while stocks lasted. When you contacted us on Sunday, our offices were closed. We took care to respond to you as soon as we reopened on Monday morning. Furthermore, although the promotion on sausages was no longer applicable at that time, you still benefited from a total discount of 117.71€ on your order. We also provided you with the discount code. Additionally, although delivery should normally have been made to a pickup point, we took care to deliver it personally to your mother's home. We believe we did what was necessary on our part, as the significant discount and home delivery constitute, in our eyes, an important commercial gesture. Hello to the team it's not against you, but against Chronopost they are not serious and should perhaps monitor their employees a little more. Because the package from December 10 I did not receive, because they lost it. But for Kanata, a big thank you for your seriousness.
