Regarding the two orders that took a little longer to arrive, as shown in the package tracking, they were ready to be shipped on December 18. Unfortunately, during this very busy period, it can happen that our carrier cannot take all the packages during pickup. The carriers' platforms have quotas for packages, above which packages can no longer be processed. That is why we indicated on our site that the deadlines could no longer be guaranteed. Your package was shipped on Monday the 21st, delivered on the 22nd, so in 24H.
I am sorry that you were disappointed, but I can assure you that we did our best to ship your orders quickly during this busy period.

Regarding the reference you ordered, it is 24 SURPRISE GIFTS, which explains why the package is not detailed! However, you still had some clues with the photos of the items present, and the way they would be packaged.
Each item was wrapped in a gift bag for the surprise effect. This allowed them to be placed under the tree or hidden in the house.
Regarding the message for Laure, it was actually a message that each preparer takes the time to write by hand in all our packages for the recipient, sometimes accompanied by a smiley or a drawing for those who can draw! ;) So it was Laure who took care to prepare the package for your friends.

I have been ordering since last year and I had a wonderful souvenir, the presentation in a wicker box, little packages with numbers that really looked like an advent calendar. I loved it so much that I bought a second box for my sister who is on the other side of France, there was just the card with the message that needed to be refined, otherwise the maple syrup is of good quality and overall I was not disappointed with the content. And this year I ordered with my eyes closed for myself and my sister. What a disappointment when I saw the package, the description of the ad is the same as last year and the same price. No wicker box just a plain cardboard box nothing more, no numbers on the little packages and some gifts very disappointing especially the one that costs $4.50, having 3 times the maple caramel, I would have preferred postcards or a large poster. I called customer service because they were not responding by email, I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment especially for the second package which is a gift I am giving to my sister. The person I spoke to on the phone somewhat understood my dismay. I would have said to remove the word box, during the holiday season a box is a nice container not just a plain cardboard which has been corrected on the site, but I did not appreciate at all when they told me: 'I will call you back to see what we can do', only to never call you back and make you look like an idiot by calling them again, to hear that they had no box to replace and even to make a commercial gesture so I bought 2 packages so thank you for understanding my note to you to try to regain my trust. Regarding the cheese, as it is shipped frozen from our warehouse, the shelf life is quite short, but it is indicated on the product sheet 'The shelf life of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge as soon as received. Frozen at the start of our workshop, it should be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment.'
