Prices not great and extremely disappointing delivery. Order placed at the end of December, the site promises delivery to a relay "within 1-3 days". Even considering the holidays, it's January 10th, so 6 days after January 4th (first business day). Very frustrated by this experience.

Response from Kanata
Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Indeed, you placed an order on 12/30. It was shipped on 01/05, as carriers unfortunately did not operate before this date due to the end-of-year holidays. Your package was then delivered on January 10th, an extended delay exceptionally due to a snowstorm that severely disrupted deliveries during this period. Normally, our deliveries are very fast. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Have a nice day, Emilie from Kanata

Kanata is a site that offers you products made in Canada. Like the site's creator, I fell in love with Canada and to rediscover their specialties, there's nothing like KANATA to remind you of good gastronomic memories. Thank you Erwen for preparing my order with such care. Thank you all for helping us rediscover Canadian products that remain unforgettable for me! See you soon on Kanata.fr

Because of my geographical location I only found the English site and I never saw the link to access the French content of the site. Although Canada is bilingual, there are French speakers in all other provinces and territories

I order every Christmas for my family in France, they are always delighted and surprised to receive this at the right time during the holidays. A bit surprised, however, that the bison pâté is from bison from Poitou! But otherwise nothing to say even if I myself could not test the products
