Easy order on the site, almost perfect tracking, missing an email with your tracking number but you can find it on the Kanata site. Good products and well packaged, I recommend buying on KANATA.

Very good, quick processing of the order. However, it might be enough to drop it in the mailbox given the small size of the package, it would avoid having to make an appointment with the delivery person.

Very good products! Unable to send packages from Quebec due to the price, this is for me the best way to discover Quebecois products! Too bad there are no clothes but I highly recommend it.

I had already ordered from Kanata before. This time, the package was damaged by the carrier. Kanata reshipped the entire order to me. I commend the quality and speed of the service provided. Moreover, their products are excellent.
