I had an issue with the order but it was due to the delivery service only, Kanata responded quickly and then offered a second shipment or refund and the delivery with another service went very well (with even a small sample gift for the packaging). I recommend.

The products are consistent with what I know, so no surprises there. Nice selection of products, possibility to include a message for free and rather reasonable prices. The delivery day announced by Chronopost was not respected and the delivery fees, even with the express delivery discount, were higher than those displayed on the site. Customer service was quick but without a solution. So a correct experience but some points need improvement.
