Very happy with Kanata products, but please stop entrusting your deliveries to La Poste!!!

Order arrived quickly but one product was damaged

The navigation was simple on the site and I knew what I wanted. I regret that you offered a promo code for delivery only to announce during billing that we have to pay for transport more or less expensive depending on the delivery method. This certainly hides customs duties, as the product comes from Canada. And I would have been ready to hear that. That's the only downside, hence the 3-star rating.

I received a double order! And double invoice. Of course.
Be careful!

The products are always great, and the order is placed quickly and delivered rather quickly. Small downside on the maple syrup cans which were very dented without the package being so: it is therefore not the delivery person's fault, they seem to have been packaged dented.
Nevertheless, it did not affect the contents, so it's fine

The products are unfortunately very expensive when you know their true value on the continent... This considerably reduces the desire to order many items but does not detract from their quality and the service of the Kanata team

Good choice but quite a few interesting products are out of stock, which is a shame!

Big problem with the cheese delivery that does not respect the cold chain. Thawed product kept at room temperature for up to 7 days at the pickup point.

The expiration date of the cookies is very short.

No expiration date on the product, surprising.

The products are consistent with what I know, so no surprises there. Nice selection of products, possibility to include a message for free and rather reasonable prices. The delivery day announced by Chronopost was not respected and the delivery fees, even with the express delivery discount, were higher than those displayed on the site. Customer service was quick but without a solution. So a correct experience but some points need improvement.

No issues with the products sold, shipping to be reviewed

The products are really interesting but no one was able to explain to me why I paid more for my order than what is indicated on the online site, all prices were increased at the time of payment. This is not very serious

Disappointed to receive products the day after their consumption limit...

I ordered from Kanata for my wedding in France with an autumn/Canada theme (I live in Quebec) I wanted 105 bottles. When I looked on the site I saw there was a promotion, 1 sausage for a purchase over 80€ with free shipping. I contacted Kanata because I was going to spend over 600€ and wanted to know if I would be entitled to one sausage for every 80€ spent or if I had to make several purchases of 80€ or more. I received a response 2 days later indicating that the promotion was over, to which I replied that at the time of my message it was not. My cart had been pending for 2 days and I received a reminder with a 10% coupon. Thanks to my partner's work, we also got 10%. In the end, I ordered 500€ worth of maple syrup bottles and received 1 bottle as a gift... So the product, design, packaging, and delivery were all perfect and it's a 5/5, however, the commercial aspect was disappointing (1/5). I still expected a commercial gesture. I still recommend it because there are many products and promotions.

Package arrived opened, carefully cut on one side as the packaging was too light and thin, the jug suffered! Nice little gloves.

So far, I had no problem, but there was an error with the delivered item. I checked my order, it was not me who made a mistake.

Hello to the team it's not against you, but against Chronopost they are not serious and should perhaps monitor their employees a little more. Because the package from December 10 I did not receive, because they lost it. But for Kanata, a big thank you for your seriousness. You reacted well by sending me another package, which is not complete but I understand because there were stock shortages in the meantime. But during the end of year celebrations, it's understandable the products are so good congratulations to all of you. Happy holidays to the team.

But delivery method and bottle protection need to be reviewed.

The products are very good and the prices are interesting.
The issue is the packaging. On one of my 2 orders, I received a package that was perfect on the outside but inside, the packets of cookies had been forced in.
No possibility to protest the sales conditions require opening the package at the parcel relay. This is something no one does with a package that is perfect on the outside

Hello, the package arrived at a relay located 45 minutes by car. It was not in the establishment indicated on the package. No damage to report despite everything.

I always have a bit of trouble finding my products

The package never arrived at the drop-off center proposed by Kanata. The refund was made as soon as it returned to Kanata. Kanata assured me that they are not responsible for the transport service, I disagree because it is indeed the sender who chose the carrier and trusts them.

An increasingly rich site... some tabs are becoming difficult to 'join'. Thank you for the content, but the ergonomics of the submenus could be improved. It's the price of success in a way? We still love you, but please make a little effort on this point, if possible!

Happy with the quality of the team but on the other hand the product received (Sortilège whisky 750cl) was leaking. The bottle in a horizontal position lets a very slight amount of whisky flow out making the bottle sticky. While the bottle is new, unopened with the plastic sealing the cork. Already losing product, it's borderline when giving a gift.

On the Kanata site I indicated my address in Canada for the billing address. Later I noticed on the site that the billing address is that of the recipient?

The products are good but there is a bit of a lack of communication about delivery dates... expected 4 days... reality 10 days

Very satisfied with the products you offer.
However, the Chronopost Pickup delivery person who was too lazy to deliver to the intended place and dropped it off 1 km away is a nightmare.
It's often with them too, every time I order from you it's anxiety.
I would gladly pay more for it to be delivered to my home rather than to a relay point because Chronopost is not reliable!
