Quality products. Extra packaging. I didn't give 5 stars because it was written that if the order is over 80€ the shipping is free. My order exceeded 95€ and I paid shipping fees. I don't understand

Hello,
If you are talking about the Poutine Sauce "La Fameuse", I advise you either 100g of sauce for 500ml of water for 4 people or 5g of sauce for 25ml of water.
If you are looking for original recipes, feel free to check our site!
Have a nice day,
Emilie from Kanata

Overall I am very satisfied the sauce is really good and the cheese too would have been better if the delivery had been faster the cheese expired the day after my delivery let's say that doesn't leave much time to eat it. Otherwise the site and the idea is perfect it would also be nice to have access to the contests even outside of France

The bottles very well packaged, and the nice personalized note. However, regarding the cookies, it's a shame, they are all crushed. The quality/price ratio is more than correct, I will surely order from you again.

Response from Kanata Published on 23/12/2020

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to rate your order. We are sorry for the cookies. Unfortunately, the various padding and packaging we use cannot protect them from a fall with the carrier. Next time, do not hesitate to check the box in front of the delivery person and report a 'breakage'. This will allow us to declare a customer service request.
Enjoy the other products! Take care of yourself,
Best regards,
The KANATA team

Fast delivery and in accordance with the order. However, it would be interesting to specify the average shelf life on the site because I did not think it was so short for fresh cheddar for example

Response from Kanata Published on 23/12/2020

Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback on your order. We hope the poutine was good? Regarding the cheese, as it is shipped frozen from our warehouse, the shelf life is quite short, but it is indicated on the product sheet 'The shelf life of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge as soon as received. Frozen at the start of our workshop, it should be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment.' But I can understand that when you want poutine, you don't take the time to read all that! ;) Have a good end of the year and take care of yourself, Best regards, The KANATA team

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site.
Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means.
Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home.
I am sure that one should not aim too high, but I feel the little commercial gesture that was granted to me.
I recommend this site without hesitation!
