I am happy but with a regret, on one of the two keychain sea bears, the one with the DIDOU label has a small issue, the corner of the label is bent and over time it will peel off, it's a shame. Best regards, Didier

I still haven't received my order... it's July 7th, I ordered on June 24th! It was also a gift for my daughter's teacher... How to say it, it's really missed... When at first it was clearly indicated that I would receive it before July 4th... I even wonder if I will really receive anything.... But anyway, it will be too late....

I bought this cuddly toy to replace my grandson's lost comforter. Unfortunately, I received the package today. The plush is identical. And it's really very good quality. My grandson loves it. But I'm very disappointed with the delivery times, especially as I had chosen express delivery for 17 euros! It's a real shame that customer service didn't accept to make a commercial gesture for this delay. A discount on a future order would have been the best thing. 😞😞

The product is excellent and much loved by my grandaughter. The delivery was not made correctly. Indeed it was not made at all. The parcel was left at the post office where I had to collect it. I realize this is not your fault but perhaps a different delivery service might be considered?
