Very long waiting time to receive my delivery, slow customer service to react to this problem. Little (no) information available on the status of the order and a loss of confidence quickly sets in for new customers. To improve this service I recommend that you keep your customers informed of delivery delays, without waiting for 2 emails of dissatisfaction. I did however appreciate the gesture of having the order shipped once I had received my second email and I appreciated receiving a stuffed animal identical to my order as an apology. Thank you for this gesture. However, if in the future I am in a hurry to receive an order in a short period of time, I will not rely on this site again.

The item was as expected. The item was not in stock and was out of stock with the supplier. The delivery took longer than expected but the delay was well compensated by a call from the seller to inform me and by a commercial gesture on the delivery costs, a sign of a serious merchant. I recommend

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

very short delivery time :-) Unfortunately, the value of the goods indicated on the invoice for customs was not correct: value of the shoes = EUR 68.60 + shipping costs = EUR 13.84. We had to pay customs fees of CHF 22.75! (if you would have put the price of EUR 59.16 - price of the 2 pairs - we would have paid no customs fees!)

Delivery a little long after purchase

The gift arrived as ordered. I paid extra to have it wrapped and ready to give and I received a piece of red gift paper that was not cut out properly! It is very disappointing!
