I order regularly for my son's cuddly toy when he loses one, the package is always well received in time, and above all I asked for a commercial gesture because each time I pay the postage and they kindly sent me an identical cuddly toy free of charge, a very nice commercial gesture that is lost in other companies. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, The 6 were distorted. I am extremely disappointed... I had already ordered some long-legged sheep and wanted to repeat the experience for gifts. What a surprise when I saw that the 6 were deformed! I would like to ask you for a refund, they are in a terrible state, their heads do not look at all like the ones I ordered before and are not at all faithful to the picture. Can I get a refund or other Sheep that look like the picture please? I will gladly send you pictures if you want proof. They are awful. I can't offer them. Thank you very much for your reply.

Very happy, arrived well, well packaged and in good condition! We just didn't see that you were on holiday when we placed our order... (Too bad we couldn't offer one of the stuffed animals to a person we saw before the reception which was later)
