Hello, I ordered 2 mugs with the effigy of Alsace, on one of the mugs we could put the first name, I specified it, but it was not done! I am very very disappointed!

I order regularly for my son's cuddly toy when he loses one, the package is always well received in time, and above all I asked for a commercial gesture because each time I pay the postage and they kindly sent me an identical cuddly toy free of charge, a very nice commercial gesture that is lost in other companies.
