I ordered a dress, you charged me $25 plus $17 shipping. I never received the dress. You sent no explanation, refunded me $25 but never refunded me fir the shipping!!! I sent a fraud complaint to my Gold American Express about fraud. We don't tolerate such horrible service in America!

The parcel left our office but you made a mistake in your address (France instead of USA) We told you that we'll refund you the order and shipping fees when we get your package back) But you can complain to your Gold American Express if you prefer. They will contact us and we'll provide the proof of the shipping and the invoice with the mistake on the address. Regards,

I am a very loyal customer of your swimsuits because I spend more than half the year in the sun and in the water and they suit me well. I know your models and sizes well and I am disappointed because the one I received was not a 4 but a 3 even though it was labeled 4 and I was able to verify with my previous swimsuits and it was obvious. I was going on a cruise and I couldn't change it, too bad because I threw my money in the air.

Hello, you have the option to return the item for a refund or exchange even if you have exceeded your 14-day return period. If the swimsuit has not been worn, washed, and is still tagged, we will proceed with its refund without any problem.

Much more choice than in Belgium in our stores! Easy and quick! I love the patterns with parrots but this year you didn't make any, too bad but I still took 4 that I didn't have.

The products are poorly described. For example, no dimensions are given for the bags, just 'medium or large size', which is very subjective. It is also not mentioned whether a shoulder strap is provided or not. I had to call a store to get information.
