Seemless process, delivery on time. I have other Kiwi costumes and this was as good as expected. A little disappointed because it didn't come in its matching pouch, which is important to me also to range them in a drawer.

Good evening, my disappointment comes from my last order.. I received a gray pouch in a terrible state, the St Tropez inscriptions were torn... The person who shipped it could not have missed it, so I did not like the 'I'm just passing off a pouch just in case?' for a rather 'chic' brand, the service is not up to par. And I think I will stop with your products. I am waiting for the refund for this one which could change my mind!

In our collection, we have several types of down jackets, short ones, long ones, lightweight ones, and others that are warmer and therefore heavier. However, if the item does not suit you and it has not been worn, you can return it to us for free thanks to your prepaid return label and we will refund you.
