When I ordered, it was not mentioned that I was ordering in France. I have to return the item due to a size error and the return is free ONLY IN FRANCE.

Kiwi products are of very good quality. And the patterns are always original.

I specifically made an express request to receive them before going on vacation and for the second package it arrived while I was on vacation. It states that the reception date of the packages is 1.11 and 8.11 but I received one package on 12.11 and the other between 15 and 25 when I was on vacation. I would like to return the items. I hope that the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the package and not from the order date. Do I need to download a return label? I can't find it on the site. Thank you for your feedback. Ordered online a one-piece swimsuit because it was out of stock in the store, opted for 48h delivery with Chronopost, and arrived... 5 days later. Size too small and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid the eshop, the ladies in the store are so much more helpful.

Perfect if you pay by credit card, if you choose bank transfer you do not receive the request and the order does not go through

I am moderately happy because I ordered a men's swimsuit size 50 and I was sent a size 48. However, I am very pleased with the quick response from Kiwi who immediately sent me a free return and set aside a size 50 swimsuit. I will give 5 stars if I receive this size 50 swimsuit quickly.

We bought clothes that were not the right size. Indeed, the saleswoman insisted that I try them on over my clothes. I found them very tight, but she told me it was because of my clothes underneath... Well, once I got home, I tried them on and none fit me! I live 2 hours away, so I had to buy them online in the right size. In the end, it cost me quite a bit...

Preparation error, I received different products from those I ordered. Unable to find the procedure to declare the return on your website. I sent a request via the contact form a week ago, no response. I returned the products anyway, which arrived at your place 3 days ago, I am waiting for news.

Very nice bag! Item delivered quickly and good quality/price ratio, the only small downside is the color which seemed to be khaki for the writing on the bag while it is black. I looked for the color indication in the item description but I did not find it... so I would have chosen another color... but the bag remains very nice!

First of all, thank you for the speed and seriousness regarding my order. Phew finally!!! Thanks to the Kiwi store in Cassis where I found the top of this red flower swimsuit. I must say that all summer I could only wear the bottom that was sold to me and it didn't fit at all and to be exchanged (several times I went to the Kiwi store in St Raphael who promised me that boxes arrive every week and that I would have the top in the right size, and the bottom that I could exchange. None of that. I find myself today thanks to Kiwi Cassis, and thanks to you with a matching and correct swimsuit, however I have on my arms a bottom purchased that was not taken back by Kiwi St Raphael, the concerned saleswoman knew very well that she would have no more stock but sold me this bottom in the waiting....!!!, anyway the summer has passed. How can I do or what commercial gesture can be made to me??? Thank you to you.

In line with my expectations.

Easy order on your site. Fast delivery but item put "loose" in a plastic envelope without careful packaging. This degrades the image I had of your brand. Item in line with my expectations nonetheless.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. The swimsuit is beautiful but has a few defects.

The only issue, we found your package at the edge of the street near the mailbox, the order was blown by the wind and not near the mailbox, in other words, everyone could help themselves (delivered in the middle of the night)

I really like your products, unfortunately it was not the right size.

Having already ordered a swimsuit (1 piece) last year, I ordered 2 swimsuits of the same size (4) based on the size indications provided on the site. The indications confirmed that I should order the same size. But I was surprised. The 2 swimsuits were this time too small. I had to return them at my expense from Belgium (16.40 euros!) and reorder the larger size.
