Returns from Belgium must be paid for by the customer. I find this unacceptable. This is not mentioned anywhere. And I had to email countless times to find out that the return does not go through Kiwi. I only received the address.

Before placing your order, it is clearly mentioned at the bottom of the home page of our website as well as in our general conditions of sale that our returns are free in Metropolitan France only. Once you have received your order, in the package is your invoice and on the back of this you have our returns policy and this is clearly noted.

I live in AIX EN PROVENCE and I started by looking on your site and noticed that a store in Cassis existed, but was unreachable by phone. I went there and found that it no longer existed. A lot of kilometers that could have been spared if your site was up to date. I did not find the color of my choice for the pants I ordered, and not finding it, I sent you an email, and tried to reach you several times by phone, to avoid a round trip Aix Saint Tropez. Out of desperation, I took a color that I already had, while I am almost sure that other colors were available in my size. Hello, our shop in Cassis is only open in the summer. You can reach us by phone at 09 79 71 51 88 as well as by email at [email protected] from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. If the ordered item does not suit you and it has not been worn, you still have the option to return it for free by generating your prepaid return label from the 'return' tab located at the bottom of the homepage of our website. We will refund you upon receipt of your package.
