I live in AIX EN PROVENCE and I started by looking on your site and noticed that a store in Cassis existed, but was unreachable by phone. I went there and found that it no longer existed. A lot of kilometers that could have been spared if your site was up to date. I did not find the color of my choice for the pants I ordered, and not finding it, I sent you an email, and tried to reach you several times by phone, to avoid a round trip Aix Saint Tropez. Out of desperation, I took a color that I already had, while I am almost sure that other colors were available in my size. Too bad for me and for you because I also intended to buy a sweater from you.

If the ordered item does not suit you and it has not been worn, you still have the option to return it for free by generating your prepaid return label from the 'return' tab located at the bottom of the homepage of our website. We will refund you upon receipt of your package.
