Very fast order and delivery as expected.

The site is well designed. I had a doubt about the choice of the reference, so I contacted the customer service by email. I received the answer within a day. Then for the payment by bank transfer (which can take several days), I was contacted the day after the order to tell me that they were waiting for the transfer and sent the FAP as soon as possible. The day after, I received a call to tell me that the transfer was done and that the FAP was going to be shipped. The latter was taken care of by dpd on Friday. If I had checked the delivery within 24/72 hours, I should have received the part the following Saturday or Monday. However, it was delivered on Tuesday, a day late. I'm not going to complain, because the cause of this delay is certainly not attributable to Krosfou. The part arrived with the assembly accessories, in good condition, packed in a large thick plastic bag. A bit of protection such as bubble wrap or something else would be appreciated to avoid possible shocks. If I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to buy again on Krosfou, the prices are attractive (I paid 720 euros while the VAG group asked me 2290 euros for only the part I want to specify), the customer service is competent.
