Activation of the customer service following problems with certain goods received. The label for the return was quickly sent to me by email and the refund of the returned items was made upon receipt by the seller. Cast iron teapot arrived damaged. For organizational reasons (Christmas gift) I could not notice and report the damage until 4 weeks after receipt, and the seller initially refused me any exchange / refund on the grounds that I was out of time. It was only after 5 or 6 reminders that he finally agreed to refund me. I found his attitude very unbusinesslike.
